Who we are

From teaching to excellence in educational robotics

Since 2016, preparing students for the challenges of the digital future.

Our origins

The Programming and Robotics Club — Robotics Code Raul — is based at Agrupamento de Escolas Raul Proença and is dedicated to developing technological skills among students. Operating since the 2016-2017 school year, when it was officially registered with the Directorate-General for Education, it has grown both in the number of participants and in the quality of the projects developed.

What we do

Through project creation and participation in national and international robotics competitions, we promote critical thinking, creativity and collaboration. In recent years, we have achieved outstanding results, with participations and awards in various competitions.

Research

Develop projects involving robots and electronic circuits.

Learn

Programming in a fun way, with workshops and hands-on activities.

Compete

Annual participation in national programming and robotics competitions.

Today

We have around thirty students, aged between 13 and 19. Our goal is for each member to have the opportunity to take part in at least one national competition every year — because we believe the experience of competing is as valuable as learning in the classroom.
